The founder partner of the firm started the practice in 1960. He has over five decades of experience in Audit, Income Tax and Exchange Control regulations. A life long teacher, he was associated with various Educational Institutions as Professor of Accounting and Taxation. Presently he coordinates Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Ahmedabad branch’s Student Coaching activities. A past Chairman of Ahmedabad Chartered Accountants Association he was also a Public representative on the Board of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange.

Leading the practice of the firm for over three decades, Under his leadership, he has steered the firm to newer heights. He has been instrumental in instilling the spirit of high ethical standards in the firm and driving quality growth. Heads the Firm’s Audit , Tax and Consulting practice. Krishnaraj has been in practice for three decades . His special area of interest is Internal Audit, Risk Advisory and consulting. He has a long and varied experience in Internal as well as Statutory audits of Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance and BPO companies, Co-operatives, Trusts and proprietary businesses. He is also a certified information system auditor

Leads the Firm’s Internal Audit, Tax Audit and other assurance practice. His special area of interest is review of ERP & resolving post implementation issues . Amit has over 22 years of experience working with the Firm .His special focus gives the firm an edge to add value to the clients in ERP gap analysis, implementation support and process improvements through system controls. He is also a certified information system auditor

Rajvir Jhala manages the teams on internal audit assignments and brings expertise in analytics and process reviews .Before joining the firm, Rajvir worked at EY under assurance and risk consulting division. Rajvir has advanced certification in Data Analytics and AI from IIT Madras.
